A note about this recipe, when I make my smoothies, I don’t measure anything so all of the following measurements are approximates. Feel free to play around with the amounts and ingredients and make it to your liking. Also, I have a sensitive digestive system so, dairy products sometimes bother me. I use Chia Seeds and Almond Flour in place of a protein powder because of this. You can totally just use a chocolate protein powder instead of the almond flour and possibly the cocoa and chia seeds.
1/2 Cup of Strawberries
1/4 Cup of Triple Berry Blend – Mine has a mixture of Raspberries, Blueberries, and Blackberries
1/4 Cup of Almond Flour
1 TBSP of Chia Seeds
2 TBSP of Cocoa Powder
1 Cup of Almond Milk
Add all your ingredients to your blender. I usually put in my berries first, then the powders, then enough milk to cover everything by about an inch.
Blend until smooth
Pour into a glass and enjoy! Or just leave it in the blender cup and add a straw… We have Ninja blender with individual blending cups, so I usually just drink my smoothie out of one of those. Cause, I’m too lazy to wash another dish…
